What we collect and why

We collect the contact method you provide, approximate location, collection details, photos, and your acknowledgements. We use these to evaluate a possible purchase, reply to you, and arrange agreed next steps. Submitting is not a marketing subscription. If you choose text, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP or contact us by email to stop texts.

Website activity

We record page views, form starts, upload errors, campaign labels from referral links, and whether the page is viewed on a mobile or desktop screen. Our collection form uses Meta Pixel to measure advertising-driven page visits and successful submissions. We do not send your collection photos, descriptions, asking prices, or contact details to Meta through that measurement. Hosting providers may process network information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Access and service providers

Submission records and photos are kept in private website storage, with access limited to authorized operations users. Hosting and email providers process information needed to run the service. An email alert tells Mike a submission is waiting; it does not attach your photos or collection details. We do not sell submission information or use your photos in advertising without separate permission.

Retention and requests

We keep information while reviewing a collection and handling related questions. Purchase records may be retained for business, accounting, or dispute purposes. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of submission information; include your submission reference if available. Some transaction records may need to be retained. Please do not send identity documents, bank information, or payment card details through this form.
